Meet Dr. Dana Decker

Dr. Dana Decker was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She grew up working on horse farms and her adventures took her to Florida where she met her husband Bill. Together, they chose to make a huge life-change and moved to Australia when Dana was accepted into the veterinary program at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia.
After graduating in 2012 they packed up again and moved to Colorado, where Dana began working at a high volume commercial horse breeding facility as the on-site veterinarian.
In 2014, Dana made the decision to switch to small animal medicine and has been loving it ever since. After living outside of Canada for 15 years, Dana and Bill decided to pack up their 3 dogs and 2 horses to move to Okotoks in order to be closer to family. She has a special love for “squishy faces” (bulldogs, etc) but adore all animals.
She cannot wait to meet you and your pets and help you with your veterinary needs!
